I was so touched!

Ang dami kong plano para sa birthday ko.  Every year kasama to sa planned vacation for the year na naka file sa office every january.  San nga ba ko pupunta?  Sasamahan mo  kaya ako?  Hays sa dami kong gusto ganito ang nangyari...

Nagkaroon ng konting twist sa office.  Kung baga bagong presidente bagong pamahalaan.  Ayun may na transfer sa aking isang section na kung saan e konti lang ang kaalaman ko... in short im on training until now!  Lahat ng plano para sa birthday ko wapak!  Kailangan kong pumasok sa espesyal kong araw kung hindi mahigit kumulang 500 tao at isama mo pa ang pamilya nila ang malamang e hindi kumain ng isang araw!  Hmmm... joke lang naman po...

Ok, ok na ko, so naka conditioned na ang isip ko na wala as in wala lang...


Isang araw bago ko mag birthday...


pagkatapos mag lunch derecho na ko sa working table ko, pinipilit bilisan ang trabaho para maagang matapos.  Tapos biglang pumasok ang mga officemates ko habang kumakanta ng happy birthday at may dala pang cake!  Nun ko lang na realize bat ako lang ang tao sa room! Wala daw kasi sila bukas kaya they decided na i-advance na lang!

I was so touched...  Di ko na imagine na they will give that surprise to me.  Mga bago pa ang mga staff na yun pero sabi nga effort kung effort, gumastos na kaunti at pinasaya ako...

Bigla kong naalala ang sabi ng dati kong boss... "Sa pagtaas ng position mo sa isang organization dito magsisimula ang triangle..."  Imagine a tringle... Nung nag start daw kz madami ka pang kasama sa baba pero habang tumataas ka kumokonti ang taong nakakasama mo.  Pero kung maayos kang makisama instead na triangle, square ang pupuntahan mo... Hindi ko sinasabi na mataas ang position ko, hindi ko din sinasabi na nasa triangle ako, basta ang alam ko at pakiramdam ko madaming nagmamahal sa akin dito sa mundong ginagalawan ko...

Advance Yaki BirThdAy 2 Me

Advance para sa kin and belated birthday celebration naman ni Yami.  Ang tagal ng nakaplano ng date na to pero nagka problema sa schedule naming tatlo kaya ayun nung tumawag ako para mag pa reserve eh puno na daw! :(

Tama nga ang sabi sa mga blog na nabasa ko expect na madaming tao.  Five minutes before 11 nandun na kami at dahil wala kaming reservation isinulat ko ang name ko sa ikatlong papel ng mga nagpapa reserve!  Parang ang tagal ng limang minutong paghihintay... Actually nagdadasal din kami na sana eh may mag back out sa mga merong phone call reservation.

Past 12 na ng tinawag uli ang name ko.  Yung unang tawag kasi sa labas ang table namin.  We decided to wait na lang since mejo umuulan actually may bagyo ata pero at the same time eh mainit kaya ayun.  Bonggang bongga ang space ng tyan ko... humanda ka eat-all-you-can...

Finally!  Unang plate, xempre ano pa nga ba kundi ang maki!  Gustong lumundag sa dami ng maki na nakikita ko. Lahat tinikman namin!  Hays nakalimutan ko kanin nga pala yun... kaya ayun sobrang busog na nga po...  Papapigil ba ako?  Ang sarap kaya ng broccoli with beef!  Not to forget ang asparagus with wrap bacon!  Sobrang nakaka enjoy ang pag ihaw ng walang usok! Sige, asparagus pa samahan pa ng mga hipon at kung anu anong pede i-ihaw!

Hays tama na nga! Sobrang haba na to tsk... tsk... sabi ko na nga ba dapat may pictures e para atleast di umabot ng ganitong kahaba!  Bore ka na ba? Sige na nga tama na, wait ko na lang pictures from Joy, our official photographer!

Pork Cordon Bleu with Mashed Potato and side dish = P140.00

According to Yami, the cordon bleu is bland, and i agree with her! 

Tenderloin Tips with Mashed Potato and side dish = P 128.00

It came in sizzling plate.  If Yami's choice is bland, my food is a bit salty!

Mashed potato is good.

We just add P15.00 to upgraded the steam rice to java rice.

Extreme Platter = P139.00

fries, cheese sticks and chicken nuggets with mayo-garlic dip

I was not happy with their food.

Maybe Yami will say that it's because my mood's not ok.

But hey, I think Yami will agree with me since she kept on pouring 

hot sauce on her cordon bleu! hehe!
