Nung bata pa ko di naman uso to.  So ngayun, excited ako para sa mga pamangkin ko.

Nag checked ako ng schedule of activities sa SM Sta. Rosa, Paseo de Sta. Rosa and Nuvali.

I find Nuvali na exciting plus the fact na baka may bazaar kaya dun na lang...

David's Tea House

Dapat kahapon kami kakain sa labas pero di kami natuloy ganun ata talaga kapag pinaplano kaya ayun kailangang biglain lahat ng makakasama, so after work biglaang nag kayayaang kumain kaya yun go ang taong gutom na gutom... sa gala at sa kain! hehehe!

Beef with brocolli, yummy!

Ideal for families and friends for foods are best to share...

crispy pata

Good thing about this resto is that they gave three (3) saucers for the dip.

Meaning i have mine and mine alone!

Domo Tomo

A belated happy happy birthday for yami that's why we have this night.

It's "stick nyt" at Domo Tomo! Yehey!

I super love the Kani Corn soup (P75.00) that I shared with Yami.

Joy's choice = Miso Soup with Tofu = P40.00

Star of the night... not us, but the California Maki = P175.00

Yami's choice = Maguro Sashimi = P210.00
My verdict = hmmm... ok, good :)

Tori Karaage = 6 pcs. chicken lollipop, i love the sauce = P150.00

Yaki Soba = P205.00 = lots of ingredients though not spicy so we asked for chili sauce,
the taste is good though I prefer if the noodles is half cooked.

Spring Rolls = P150.00 = 6 pcs.

Maki platter = P295.00

For sure, we'll back to have another round of california maki! ;)

thanks joy for the pictures

Stick Nyt

"Stick Nyt",

our theme for the night.

Stick as in stick used by Japanese to eat.

Stick as in together.

The three of us forever.

Behind our busy schedules.

Behind the different roles that we played.

Be at the office, outside the office and at home.

One thing remained,

we're friends.

We're sticking together forever...

it's a date!

Yami : sis prep ka na ng itinerary natin
Me : for?
Yami : valentine's date
Me : kala ko may mga date kayo e
Yami : sus xempre may date tayo!

Cheesy! That was two weeks ago when Yami called and requested me to came up with our activity/ies for our valentine's date...

Dinner will be at Contis' followed by a massage and a cup of coffee will end the date.

Instead of eating dinner at Contis' last night we tried Kanin Get It. It just opened last monday and Ms. Milen (a friend and a mother rolled into one) texted us to try it. I tried korean bbq while Yami and Joy tried fish fillet. I keep on asking where's the kanin? Why? Sa sobrang dami ng korean bbq di ko na makita kanin ko! Same goes for the two.

Balinese massage at Indulgence was very relaxing. I really enjoyed the pepermint oil the lady tried on me. I had a hard time opening my eyes after an hour of massage. I almost fell asleep. Hot tea was served after the massage. It was my first time to try a balinese massage, so far so good. The place is quiet and clean.

after the massage... oiliness with puffy eyes

Massage is followed by a cup of coffee. It was also our first time to try Bona Cafe. I love the ambience. I like the coach, very relaxing. Even the lights complement the place. It's also a wifi ready. I love their oatmeal cookie. The staff are both cool and friendly plus the fact that both are good looking.

hmmm... hot coffee or this... ?

By the way, Joy gave us chocolate and a red rose...

thanks to both of you, my dear sis!

Sis' Christmas Party

It's difficult to organize for a party especially for us because of our different schedules. We work on weekends and holidays while others are enjoying these days at their homes.
Until we settled for a small Sis' Christmas party at Italianni's restaurant. That same day, I am patiently waiting for "something" to arrive.

Finally, this is what we are waiting for. After almost one month of making kulit to Chinggay... eto na po... the planner,

pizza

lasagna

I didn't enjoy lasagna, too tomato for my taste. I prefer Yami's choice of carbonara.

My dialogue for that night : "Yami penge pa ha..."

Conti's

So stressed during this time... I'm in the mood to go out and dine somewhere else when Joy called me up and asked if i'm available for a coffee. I immediately dialed Yami's number and agreed to dine first at Conti's before coffee.

Joy - baked salmon - P295.00

mine - chicken ala kiev - P225.00

I love chicken so much! This one is no exemption. I enjoyed the creamy saucy filling of this chicken.

Yami - chicken ballotine - P195.00

desserts

choco overload - P90.00;
mango bravo - P105.00;
blueberry cheesecake - P70.00

I'm not a dessert person. Choco overload is so chocolatety. Water please... Mango bravo, their best seller is not so extraordinary for me. Sorry for the comparison but I prefer Bag of Beans blueberry cheesecake over theirs.

I was so engrossed with my food when I noticed that someone is looking at me. Ignored "him", the man in red collared shirt and continue eating. But then I caught "him" looking again. I asked Joy if she know someone from the other table. Immediately she recognized her tita and her cousins. Ah ok, that's it... i thought... just a thought! :) Joy's Tita with her family transferred to a bigger table inside the function room. Giving me the opporunity to eat freely... Yami gave me a mischivous smile everytime she caught "him" looking at me...

The moral of the story... smile, always look your best and feel the best. No one knows... that stranger you meet may be "somebody"...
