yani and yab

Yani and i discovered that we both love travelling… and so one day while we’re chatting in YM, out of the blue we decided to visit Puerto Galera. His first visit and my second…

We had a hard time figuring out which is the best date to visit galera. Since we both have our weekend duty, figuring out lasted for about a month… too long to keep us waiting ha! But since we both love and like the idea, a date was marked red!

April 13 - 14, 2008

Yani decided to meet me in Turbina, Calamba since he will be coming from Manila. He managed to wake up at 6 in the morning to meet me at 8am. Mind you, his schedule the night before end up at 10pm and he’ll be home by 11pm… To all my friends who know me from head to foot, your guess is right, he arrived first! hehe! I love morning but i hate waking up early hehe…

With ham and cheese pandesal that we bought at 7-11 we took the road going to Batangas Pier. Ten minutes before 10am we are already buying are tickets! P200 for the boat, P50 as environmental fee (what is that?) and P10 for the terminal fee. Pricely?!

Father and Son boat was already waiting for us! The water was calm and the weather is not to hot. It took an hour to reach Sabang port.

Upon reaching Sabang, we need to take another boat ride going to Cataquiz lodge. Mang Mundoy, our bangkero was patiently waiting for our arrival!

Nice room at Cataquiz lodge is already waiting for us… with ref, stove, dining set, tv with cable, nice bed and bedsheet and a clean rest room. Too nice that we almost forgot our lunch! Hmmm….

For our lunch by the bay, yani had grilled pork while i chose grilled chicken. We both decided for grilled food para safe! hehe! Although the food is a bit pricey, the service is good.

After lunch, we decided to go back to our room to take a nap. The nap that we decided on become our “kulitan moment” :-) The real nap lasted for about 2 hours, only to realized that sun is about to set and we have’nt tested the water.

Few foreigners were in the water when we had our swimming lessons, hehe. After about 30 minutes, the water is already cold and so we decided to have dinner in our room.

Another bonding moment happened when i persuaded yani to lay down with me on the sand while star gazing…

Isn’t it every girls dream to be with her special someone in an island? If i can make this night last, i will…

The night is still young when we decided to have our “walk” in the sand… holding hands while walking pa nga e…

But i guess the night is too short when yani and yab are together… I have a lot of things in my mind but all i do is stare at him and that’s enough… It’s enough for me to feel his arms around me… It’s enough for me to know that he’s beside me…

Lying beside yani gave me a peaceful sleep… I feel secured when yani put his arms around me… I can feel his chest breathing…

I guess he doesn’t know that I was deeply looking at him…

I guess he doesn’t know that i kissed his lips while he was sleeping…

The next morning, we had our last galera water dipped…
